Return and Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not pleased with an item(s) you have purchased from Dried Floral Shop, we will be happy to assist you. You may return an item(s) for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Simply contact us at Customer Service using the link below or send email to Support@driedfloralshop.com, and include; your name, the order number, reason for returning the merchandise, and please let us know if you would like a CREDIT, REPLACEMENT or REFUND. (We do not cover return shipping charges)

Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in original packaging. If the original packaging is in too poor condition, an equivalent packing box should be used. A credit will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item(s). We do not charge restocking fees for items returned in new condition.

** Customized orders can not be returned due to their uniqueness.

** Custom Orders Are: Made according to the specifications of the customer. Any color changes made to the actual pictured item will be considered a custom order. Also if you choose dimensions/size not listed in the size option selection, this will also be considered as custom.
