Return and Exchange Policy

Your Satisfaction Guaranteed.  Your business is very important to us!  If for any reason you are not pleased with an item(s) you have purchased from DriedFloralShop.com, you may return it for a refund or exchange less shipping within 5 days of receipt of your purchase.  Simply email us at Support@driedfloralshop.com , and include; your name, the order number, reason for returning the merchandise, and please let us know if you want a CREDIT, REPLACEMENT or REFUND.

Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original packaging.  If the original packaging is in too poor condition, an equilvalent packing box should be used.  Items are subject to a restocking fee if returned for reasons other than damage.  A credit will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item less a 25% restock fee.  The restock fee may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value.

Customized orders can not be returned due to their uniqueness. We will be happy to assist you with any return or exchange.
