Return Policy
We create all of our bouquets, wreaths, and swags to order, which means we do not accept returns for these items. All purchases of these items are final.
1. If your product arrives damaged, send photos of the damaged item to support@driedfloralshop.com or contact us at the Customer Service link below.
2. If you want to return bulk dried flowers, please get in touch with us first to receive a return authorization number. We will refund bulk dried flowers that are returned in their original condition; however, shipping charges will not be refunded.
3. Returns of bulk flower bunches made within 7 days will be refunded to the original payment method once we receive the item back in its original condition.
