If for any reason you are not pleased with an item(s) you’ve purchased from Dried Floral Shop, we’ll be happy to assist you. You may return an item(s) for a refund within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Simply contact Customer Service using the link below. You may also send an email to Support@driedfloralshop.com. Please include your name, the order number, the reason for return. (We do not cover return shipping charges)
The item must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition. Please return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is in too poor condition, an equivalent packing box should be used. A credit will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item(s). We do not charge restocking fees for items returned in new condition.
** Customized orders can not be returned due to their uniqueness.
** Custom Orders Are: Made according to the specifications of the customer. Any color changes made to the actual pictured item will be considered a custom order. Also if you choose dimensions/sizes not listed in the size option selection, this will also be considered as custom.
